Devi Bhavani at Cattala Shakti Peetha:

Devi Bhavani temple, Sitakuna, Chittagong, Bangladesh Devi Bhavani temple, Sitakuna, Chittagong, Bangladesh Puranic Event:
Devi's Daksha Bahu (Right Arm) fell at Cattala where She is known as Bhavani and the Bhairava is called Chandrasekhara.

Pilgrimage:
The Cattala Shakti Peetha is identified with Devi Bhavani temple at Sitakunda town, in the Chittagong district of Bangladesh. The Shakti Peetha is located on top of the Chandranath (Chandrasekhara) hill.
