Jayanti Shakti Peetha:

Devi Durga temple, Nartiang, Jaintia Hills - Shakti Peetha: Jayanti Shakti Peetha is mentioned in the Peetha Nirnaya texts. The Shakti Peetha is identified with Devi Durga temple in Nartiang in the Jaintia Hills district. The Shakti Peetha is located on the Jaintia Hills.

- Legend: According to legend the Vama Jangha (Left Shank) of Devi had fallen at Jayanti. The Devi here is known as Jayanti and Bhairava is known as Kramadeeshwara.

Nartiang is located in the Jaintia Hills district of Meghalaya.
