Sri Parvata Shakti Peetha: Sri Parvata, near Ladakh is a Shakti Peetha identified with the Sri Parvata Shakti Peetha mentioned in the Peetha Nirnaya Tantra. It is located in Sri Parvata, near Ladakh, in the Leh district of Jammu & Kashmir.

Daksha Gulpha of Devi falling: Sri Parvata is the place where the Daksha Gulpha (Right Ankle) of Devi had fallen. The Devi there is known as Sri Sundari and the Bhairava is called Sundarananda. (Peetha Nirnaya Tantra)
