Lord Shiva giving his Linga to Ravana which got fixed while Ravana was carrying it back to Lanka.

Vaidyantha Shakti Peetha: I meditate on the Vaidyantha Shakti Peetha where the
Hridaya (Heart) of Devi had fallen. The Devi there is known as
Jaya Durga and the Bhairava is called
Vaidyanatha.

Jyotirlinga: Baidyanath Dham is identified with the
Vaidyanatha Jyotirlinga. Where the Shiva Linga given to Ravana (by Lord Shiva) got fixed while Ravana was carrying it back to Lanka.

Shakti Peetha: Devi Jaya Durga is identified with the
Vaidyanatha Shakti Peetha. The
Hridaya (Heart) of Devi had fallen here. The Devi is known as
Jaya Durga and the Bhairava is called
Vaidyanatha.
