Arupadai Veedus:

Palani temple, Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu 1. Thirupparankundram - Subramanya Swamy (Madurai district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-1).
- Sri Muruga married Devayanai after vanquishing demon Surapadman at Tiruchendur.
2. Tiruchendur - Subramanya Swamy (Thoothukudi district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-2).
- Sri Muruga vanquished demon Surapadman with his Vel in a battle which lasted for six days.
3. Palani - Dhandayuthapani Swamy (Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-3).
- Sri Muruga settled down, leaving Kailasha after a challenge with brother Ganesha.
4. Swamimalai - Swaminatha Swamy (Thanjavur district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-4).
- Sri Muruga expounded the Pranava Mantra to Lord Shiva.
5. Tiruttani - Subramanya Swamy (Thiruvallur district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-5).
- Sri Muruga married Valli and led a calm and peaceful life.
6. Pazhamudircholai - Subramanya Swamy (Madurai district, Tamil Nadu): An Arupadai Veedu (APV-6).
- Sri Muruga gave darshan to the devotees along with Devi Valli and Devayanai.
