Bhadrachalam Parnashala → Sri Rama stayed in Panchavati during his forest exile (identified with Bhadrachalam Parnashala). Before coming to Panchavati, Sri Rama visited the hermitage of sage Agastya which was in Dandakaranya near Panchavati. Sri Rama ran after the golden deer and Devi Sita was abducted by Ravana from Panchavati.
