Trisrota Shakti Peetha: Devi Bhramari temple of Shalbari is a Shakti Peetha identified with the Trisrota Shakti Peetha mentioned in the Peetha Nirnaya Tantra. It is located at Shalbari village, Falakata, in the Jalpaiguri district of West Bengal. The Shakti Peetha is located on the bank of river Teesta.

Vama Pada of Devi falling: Trisrota is the place where the Vama Pada (Left Foot) of Devi had fallen. The Devi there is known as Bhramari and the Bhairava is called Ishwara. (Peetha Nirnaya Tantra)
