Mountains - from Valmiki Ramayana
- Chitrakoota Mountain: Sri Rama stayed in the Chitrakoota Mountain during his forest exile.
- Rishyamuka Parvata: Sri Rama visited Kishkindha during his forest exile and met Sugreeva on the Rishyamuka Parvata.
- Mount Prasravana: Sri Rama stayed on Mount Prasravana in Kishkindha during the rainy season.
- Vindhya Mountain: Hanuman searched for Devi Sita in the Vindhya mountain ranges.
- Mahendra Mountain: Hanuman ascended the Mahendra Mountain and took the leap to cross over the sea to Lanka. Sri Rama also passed through the Mahendra Mountain while going from Kishkindha to the Southern Sea shore.
- Mainaka Mountain: Mainaka Mountain rose up from sea to give rest to Hanuman while he was crossing over the sea.
- Trikuta Mountain: Hanuman saw Lanka situated on the Trikuta Mountain.
- Sahya Mountain: Sri Rama passed through the Sahya Mountain while going from Kishkindha to the Southern Sea shore.
- Suvela Mountain: Sri Rama ascended the Suvela Mountain at Lanka and observed the enemy forces.
