Lord Parashurama

• Meditation: I meditate on the Parashurama Avatara of Lord Vishnu.

• Sage Bhrigu sending Parashurama for penance: One day, sage Bhrigu called Parashurama on a secluded spot and told him to go to the Himavan mountain for penance. Through his penance he has to please Lord Mahadeva and obtain various weapons as boons. Lot of work of the Devas are waiting to be done through him for which these weapons are required.
