• Meditation: I meditate on the Attahasa Incarnation of Lord Shiva during the end of the twentieth Dwapara yuga of seventh Manvantara of Varaha kalpa.

• Events: Lord Shiva said: During the twentieth Dwapara yuga when Gautama will become the Vyasa, I will incarnate as Attahasa. During that time people will also be fond of Attahasa (loud laughter).

Four sons: During that period on the snow-clad mountain of Attahasa, which is the dwelling place of devas, human-beings, yakshas, siddhas and caranas, four sons of mine would be born. They would be known as Sumantu, Varvari, Kabandha and Kukshikandhara.
