• Meditation: I meditate on the Jattimala Incarnation of Lord Shiva during the end of the nineteenth Dwapara yuga of seventh Manvantara of Varaha kalpa.

• Events: Lord Shiva said: During the nineteenth Dwapara yuga when mahamuni Bharadwaja will become the Vyasa, I will incarnate as Jattimala.

Four sons: During that period on the peak of the Himalaya mountain, four sons of mine would be born. They would be known as Hiranya, Kaushalya, Lokakshi and Pradhima.
