• Meditation: I meditate on the Suhotra Incarnation of Lord Shiva during the end of the fourth Dwapara yuga of seventh Manvantara of Varaha kalpa.

• Events: Lord Shiva said: During the fourth Dwapara yuga when Angira will become the Vyasa I will incarnate as Suhotra.

Four sons: During that period four sons of mine would be born. They would be known as Sumukha, Durmukha, Durdarbha and Duratikrama. They would be great Yogasadhakas (Yogis). O Vidhi (Brahma), with the help of my disciples I will help Vyasa.
