Ref: Sri Ramakrishna the Great Master - Part 2 - Ch 5: Sri Ramakrishna setting the broken Image of Govinda: The foot of the Image of Govinda of Dakshineshwar temple broke when Kshetranath Chattopadhyaya, the priest of the Radha-Govinda temple, fell down while carrying the Image to another room. There was a great commotion and suggestions were made to replace the Image. Sri Ramakrishna in ecstasy suggested that the Image need not be replaced, and then set the broken part of the Image so well that it could not be recognized. Later Sri Ramakrishna commented to Jayanarayan: "Can one who is an indivisible whole be broken?".
