1 Om, (I meditate on Devi Mahakali) Who is holding Khadga (Scymitar, Sword), Chakra (Discus), Gadaa (Club), Ishu (Arrow), Caapa (Bow), Parigha (Club), Shula (Trident, Spear), Bhushundi (Fire-Arms, Missile), Shira (Skull) and ...
2: ... Shankha (Conch) in Her Hands; Who has Three Eyes; Whose whole Body is covered with Ornaments,
3: Whom the Lord arising from Lotus (i.e. Lord Brahma) eulogized to kill demons Madhu and Kaitabha, when Lord Hari was in sleep (by the power of Yogamaya),
4: She has the splendour of Blue Stone (Blue Gem), and has ten Faces and Feet (signifying pervasiveness); I (worshipfully) serve that Mahakali (on Whom I meditate in my Heart).
