दध्याज्यमधु संयुक्तं मधुपर्कं मयाऽऽहृतम्
गृहाण सर्वलोकेश गजवक्त्र नमोऽस्तु ते
Dadhya[i-A]ajya-Madhu Samyuktam Madhuparkam Maya[a-A]ahrtam |
Grhaanna Sarva-Loke[a-Ii]sha Gaja-Aaktra Namostu Te ||

(O Lord, Please accept this Madhuparka)
1: This Madhuparka consisting of Dadhi (Curd), Aajya (Ghee) and Madhu (Honey) has been procured by me,
2: Please accept this, O the Lord of all the Lokas (Sarvalokesha) having the Face of an Elephant (Gajavakta); Salutations to You.
