Devi Shakambari • Ending drought with Tears: नवरात्रं महावृष्टिरभून्नेत्रोद्भवैर्जलः (Nava-Raatram Mahaa-Vrssttira-Bhuunnetro[a-U]dbhavair-Jalah) Who shed Rains of Tears for nine nights continuously and produced Water on the dry earth (thus bringing an end to the drought)
• Giving Fruits and Vegetables: स्वादूनि फलमूलानि भक्षणार्थं ददौ शिवा (Svaaduuni Phala-Muulaani Bhakssanna-Artham Dadau Shivaa) Who gave tasteful Fruits and Vegetables for eating (thus bringing an end to the hunger of people)
