• Greatness: Thirukaragam is a Divya Desam. It is the 52nd Divya Desam and is located in Thondai Nadu. It is situated within the Ulagalanda Perumal Temple of Kanchipuram. There are four Divya Desams within the Ulagalanda Perumal temple of Kanchipuram. They are Thiru Ooragam, Thiruneeragam, Thirukaragam and Thirukarvanam.
- Perumal is in Standing posture facing South.
- Pratyaksham: Niketana Rishi
- Mangalasasanam: Thirumangai Alvar (1 Pasuram)
- Vimanam: Vamana Vimanam, Ramya Vimanam
- Pushkarini: Agraya Teertham
