Ketugram Devi Bahula Temple is identified with the Bahula Shakti Peetha mentioned in the Peetha Nirnaya Tantra.

The Image of Devi Bahula in the temple is quite old. Devi has four arms (with one arm broken). On the right side of Devi is eight-armed Ganesha, and on her left side is Devi Lakshmi. The Bhairava Bhiruka is not present in this temple. The Bhairava is present in a place called Srikhanda near Ketugram, where he is worshipped as Bhoothnath.

There is another temple of Devi in Ketugram known as Maraghat Mahapith. This is identified with another Shakti Peetha known as Bahulaakkhi (which is not within this 51 Shakti Peethas). There is no Image of Devi there. Devi is worshipped in Ghot (Kalasha or Pot). The Bhairava of Devi Bahulaakkhi is Mahakal who is present in that temple.
