• Meditation:

1. सबिन्दुसिन्धुसुस्खलत्तरङ्गभङ्गरञ्जितं द्विषत्सु पापजातजातकारिवारिसंयुतम् ।

Lord VamanaSages: I meditate on Lord Shiva blessing sage Bhrigu for the creation of Bhrigukaccha.
Vamana: I meditate on Vamana Avatara of Lord Vishnu attending the yagna of king Mahabali at Bhrigukaccha.
Narmada: I meditate on river Narmada merging with the Sea at Mithi Talai.

• Greatness:

Bhrigukaccha is a Rishi Sthalam (Place of Rishis):
- Sage Bhrigu created Bhrigukaccha with the blessings of Lord Shiva.

Bhrigukaccha is also a Vamana Sthalam (Pilgrimage of Vamana):
- Lord Vamana attended the yagna of king Mahabali and asked for three paces of land.

Bharuch is also a Narmada Sthalam (Pilgrimage of Narmada):
- Devi Narmada as river Narmada flows through Bharuch and merges with the Sea at Mithi Talai.
- This is an important place in the Narmada Parikrama path. Here, the Parikramavasis cross over to the other bank of river Narmada during their Parikrama.

Bharuch is also a Shiva Sthalam (Pilgrimage of Shiva):
- Bharuch has Nava Natha Lingas. Theses are nine Shiva Lingas which are said to have manifested in ancient time due to the penance of Nava Nathas (Kamnath, Jwalnath, Somnath, Bhimnath, Gangnath, Bhootnath, Pingalnath, Siddhnath and Kashi Vishwanath).

Bharuch is the place where the sacred river Narmada flows.
