• Devi: Devi abides in Manasarovar as Manasa Shakti Peetha (identified with Lake Manasarovar).

- Shakti Peetha Stotram - verse 12 (Manasarovar has the Manasa Shakti Peetha where the Daksha Hasta of Devi had fallen)
○ Trailanga Swami (1607 - 1887 CE): Trailanga Swami travelled through the Himalayas and visited Kailash and Manasarovar. He also visited Manasarovar later with Baba Lokenath and Beni Madhav.
○ Baba Lokenath (1730 - 1890 CE): Baba Lokenath travelled in the Himalayas with Trailanga Swami and Beni Madhav and visited Manasarovar.
▬ Manasa Shakti Peetha: I meditate on the Manasa Shakti Peetha where the Daksha Hasta (Right Hand) of Devi had fallen. The Devi there is known as Dakshayani and the Bhairava is called Amara. (Peetha Nirnaya Tantra - Shakti Peetha Stotram - verse 12)

Presence of Devi in Manasarovar:
• Manasa Shakti Peetha: The Daksha Hasta (Right Hand) of Devi had fallen here. The Devi is known as Dakshayani and the Bhairava is called Amara.
◍ Life: Born in Kumbilapuram, Vizianagaram district, Andhra Pradesh. Performed Kali sadhana for 20 years. Then initiated into monastic life by Bhagirathananda Saraswati. Lived most of his life in Kashi (Varanasi).
◍ Pilgrimages:
► Kailash - Manasarovar: Trailanga Swami travelled through the Himalayas and visited Kailash and Manasarovar.
► Kashi - Trailanga Swami Ashrama: Spent most of his life of 280 years in Kashi. Often called as living Shiva of Kashi.
◍ Life: Born in Chaurasi Chakla or Kachua, Barasat region, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. (Baba Lokenath)
◍ Sadhana & Philosophy:
• Yoga (Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation and Vedanta).
• At about 11 years of age, Lokenath left home with childhood friend Benimadhav. His guru was Bhagwan Ganguly who trained him in disciplines of Yoga and Vedanta.
• Lokenath wandered in many places including Kalighat, Kashi and the Himalayas, and finally attained Self-Realization (Atma-Jnana).
• Baba Lokenath spent the latter part of his life in Baradi (in present Bangladesh) guiding the ordinary householders.
◍ Pilgrimages:
► Manasarovar: Baba Lokenath visited Manasarovar during his Himalayan journey with Trailanga Swami and Benimadhav.
